Guard of Tripoli area, managed to rescue 250 immigrants, 93 women and 26 children, on two rubber boats, about 30 miles north of Garabolli.
The rescue operation was carried out by the Coast Guard Operations Room early Thursday.
The immigrants, with different African nationalities, were handed over to the immigration control center.
